“The Mill River Cabin is the perfect location for a vacation focused on relaxation and communing with nature! We recently enjoyed a beautiful fall week at this property. Highlights included time spent on the deck overlooking the Konkapot River, evening campfires, hiking the large number/variety of trails very nearby, Hancock Shaker Village and the Norman Rockwell Museum. “Once you climbed the hill, this place is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful… serene, you couldn’t ask for more. Well perhaps AC during a 90heatwave but they had a lot of fans to keep the air moving. Outdoors was gorgeous, the breeze lovely. Like I said, I couldn’t ask for more. Spent time floating on the lake which was beautiful as well. ”

“The cabin was cozy and accommodating. We had a great family trip. There is a perfect little hill in the front that the children used for sledding. Many great memories were made.”

“Very comfortable, nicely decorated oasis in the woods! Lovely space for cooking and indoor or outdoor dining. Loved being so close to Jacob’s Pillow Dance Center. The property manager wasvery helpful when needed. Must be lovely also in winter!”

“Great location. 5 min to Great Barrington, 15 to Lenox and walkable to the Appalachian Trail. House was clean and properties managers were attentive and responsive. I would definitely use it again if up in that area. ”

Close to so many of western MA's greatest attractions, we had a great time visiting Tanglewood and museums, and touring local towns and restaurants.
