Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. “The property was as it looked in the booking photos. Very clean the first night was 36 degrees, the cleaning folks came out and started the heat for us and were very nice. We would definitely stay again. The pond was quiet, we couldn’t swim it but plenty of other lakes in the area. Would highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet.”

“Spectacular location right on the First Connecticut Lake. House had everything we needed: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, kayaks, puzzles and games, grill and sunny deck. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Eould definitely stay here agsin.”

“This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. ”
