“The UFS Lodge used to be a convalescent home, so it has large spaces everywhere, to make room for all those wheelchairs I guess. We stayed in a king sized bed, super comfortable, and had access to a full kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.”
“We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern.
They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???”
