“When my wife and I stayed it appears that they were in the process of updating and renovating this entire motel. The interior of our room had already been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, floors, bed, bed stands, flat screen tv and a remodeled bathroom. Now It didn't mention it in the listing but I believe that the bathroom floors were heated which was a pleasant surprise. “Such a short stay it’s difficult to review. Fun 50’s vibe. Management is remodeling after last year’s devastating fires, but honestly couldn’t tell if our room was a remodel or not! It was comfortable but bare-boned. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbor next to us had her TV on until 4 am. The BBQ place right across the highway was a great find! We’d definitely give them a second chance next time we travel that way.”
