“Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. “The place was really nice and super clean! The taste of home was really appreciated. The amenities were good and very accommodating. My initial concern that the day before check-in I was informed that a friend of theirs was going to be staying in their space downstairs. Nothing was on the listing about two spaces. I was reassured by the homeowner that it would not affect my stay. Honestly, it didn’t. There were sometimes that I heard them in the early morning and evening when they came home. Not……
