"El Morro is probably my favorite hotel in La Paz. Always a pleasure staying there. Hotel staff are very polite. Pool is nice to relax in after a day at the beach. The malecón walkway is just in front of the hotel. It is about a 3/4 mile walk to where the action is and is very safe walk even late ..."
