“只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”

“The toilet is unreasonably small and they did not provide any shampoo and body wash. They charge 2 euro for each luggage stored.”

“Todo perfecto. Cogí una habitación individual y era espaciosa y cómoda. La única pega es que se oyen mucho las otras habitaciones y que el servicio de habitaciones de comida es externo y las raciones son caras y escasas.”

“WI-FI的訊號不是很好，每層樓似乎只有2台，功率不強，網路速度半夜才比較快，約70-80KB/S，白天約40-50KB/S，地鐵離CUZCO站約5分鐘路程，早餐還可以，但天天都是相同，只有週六會比較好一點，有培根肉及多一種水果，房間空間剛剛而已，並不是很大，無附牙刷、但有附沐浴露、洗髮露2用”

“I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!”

“Estuvimos 12 días en el hotel y todo fue increíble, el servicio espectacular, el desayuno muy rico, la limpieza de las habitaciones increíble. Por último el restaurante y bar también buen servicio y comida/bebidas. Por último me gustaría agradecer al personal de Front Desk que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, incluso Félix un compañero de ahí me ayudó a decorar el cuarto para mi familia! Gracias por todo ”
