“Most beautiful villa for our family for a big birthday. I wanted a fabulous outdoor patio dining table that could manage our group of 12 over looking views and vineyards. I wanted comfortable updated bathrooms, bedrooms for all guests with air conditioning. I wanted a dreamy pool experience sipping wine laying out at the pool while looking out magical views. I wanted a villa close to a village where we could go grocery shopping and dinners. This all came true in this most incredible villa. We……

The apartments are large and they stock the kitchen for convenience It is also a winery and you could get a tour was well as a tasting of the delicious wines.”

“Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“The property was perfect for our party of 12. It was spacious, peaceful, and perfectly located to explore Florence and all parts of Tuscany. Check in and out were simple with Jacopo and Beatrice act as property managers and cooks for dinners, breakfasts, and cooking classes. Rooms are remarkably quiet with all 8 on the second floor. As an added bonus, there is a world class olive oil property next door that will do a private tour and lunch. Everything for us was a 10/10.”

“My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.……
