Country house "Casale Vincenzo", 255 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Collecorvino, 10 km from the centre of Città S.Angelo, 15 km from the centre of Pescara, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 500 m from the edge of the forest, 10 km from the sea, 40 km from the skiing area. For shared use: large garden (fenced). Barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Pescara Centrale" 15 km. Sports harbour 15 km, tennis 10 km, ski school 55 km. Nearby attractions: Castello con la sua torretta, Parco Fluviale, Chiostro e convento. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

Stunning views

The host was attentive, helpful, very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views of the mountain range were breathtaking from our balcony.
