Conveniently located near Texas A&M, this wonderful condo features an updated interior, large bedrooms, and a seasonal pool! When you're out exploring the area, appreciate having effortless access to many restaurants and shops at Post Oak Mall and Grand Station. Get around the city easily as you're also near the A&M bus stop.
Relaxing will come easy in the spacious living room where the seating is soft and the TV is large. When hunger hits, the well-equipped kitchen comes prepared with ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the adjacent dining table or sit in the enclosed yard under the Texas sun.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are equally large and adorned with soft bedding and private TVs. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
House Rules
- The unheated pool is open May-September.
- The fireplace is not functional.
The pool is not currently available to use, and repairs are tentatively scheduled to be completed around May 1, 2025.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
