Other things to note

This is a second story unit. You will be close to everything Bryan and College Station has to offer, but you will have to use the stairs. This unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Nobody is perfect, however we strive to provide a 5 star experience for all of our guests, so let us know if there's anything we can do better during your stay to make this your best experience on AirBnb.

Excellent unit - perfect for Aggie football/events

This property is exactly as advertised! We love that it can be booked for 1 night on an Aggie football weekend! This is very unusual but a definite perk of this unit~kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms have what you need for your long or short stay! Very clean! Beds and bedding are awesome! The apt was very clean and provided coffee, coffee filters and some creamer and sugar packets! The only reason I gave location 4 stars was because it does back up to the treatment plant and has a smell (but this is to due to the plant not the apt being unclean!) Overall, this is a perfect place to stay for anything you need to do in Aggieland! We will be back! Thanks!

We chose to stay here based on the description and pictures of the property. I have never written a negative review for any property we have ever stayed in but feel it necessary this time due to the circumstances. We arrived at 9:30 or so pm. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I got hit in the face with the smell of sewage. I thought that was strange but was hoping the inside would be ok. But I was wrong. Although the apartment was cute and decently appointed, my nose and sinuses were burning because of the smell. My son and husband also said the same. I immediately contacted the property manager and he told me about what I could not see in the dark. There is a sewage plant directly behind this property and it smells. The manager was quickly responsive to my text but obviously he could not do anything about the smell. I would not have chosen to stay in this property if I had known about this ahead of time. I have paid the same price or less in college station for a similarly appointed property without the sewage smell. I feel that the nightly rate should be adjusted to account for the sewage plant.

The host went over and above to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed. He communicated with us starting about 48 hours in advance and was super helpful. Property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would stay here again!

We were in town for an event at the Brazos County Expo Center and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive. Lots of food options. Unit was exactly as described. Clean, had everything we needed. Note: it is an upstairs unit.

Clean and beds were comfortable

The apartment was perfect for our short trip to College Station. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. There is a nice walking park and dog park just down the hill. The apartment is a basic, college-type apartment. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I recommend some patio chairs to be able to use the balcony deck. Good communication with the host!

Great location and super clean

This apartment is in a terrific location if your plan is to visit campus. Our family stayed here when attending a baseball game at Olsen Field. Convenient access to everything on campus. Everything was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed.
