Entirely accessible thanks to the indoor lift.
On the ground floor, you will find a big, bright living room with TV, comfortable sofas and a billiard table, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the same floor, you will also find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area with a dryer machine.
On the first floor, there is the night area with two more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a desk, a space that can used also as a studio.
On the last floor, there is then a room for yoga and training and with a play area for children.
The villa has air conditioning, mosquito nets and it is entirely accessible also for guests with reduced mobility thanks to the lift.

Casale Astralis is at a short distance from the villages of Saltara and Cartoceto, this one famous for the local production of extra-virgin olive oil.
In 20 minutes, it is possible to reach Fano with its famous Roman Arch and the coastline: here you will find both free and equipped beaches as well as numerous cafès, bars and fish restaurants. If you head towards the inland area instead, you will find a great number of villages and historical towns to visit, like Urbino, whose historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
