“Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast”

“Desy hat alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeden Tag gab es von ihr zubereitetes Frühstück. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts……

“Dziękujemy za możliwość spędzenia tygodnia w tym pieknym miejscu. Sam apartament był doskonale przygotowany- wygodny, zadbany, wyposażony. Klimatyzacja działała super. Piękne widoki z ogrodu za zatoczkę a do tego świeże figi prosto z drzewa! Jesteśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni! Pani Anna Maria- właścicielka starała się, abyśmy czuli się dobrze i wygodnie. Dziękujemy i rekomendujemy! PS: była z nami malutka Gabrsyia- dla której Pani właścicielka zorganozwała łózeczko- dzięki temu nie musieliśmy tego……

The house is more than the pictures show: - Outside kitchen next to the pool (BBQ, Induction cooking, fridge, sink, even a dishwasher!!) - 3 (!!) totally new bathrooms + 1 toilet at the poolside - Every (!!!) room is equipped with a fridge - Every (!!!) room is equipped with air condition AND ventilation - Own parking with locked gate This is not one of the mediterranean houses where things might work or might not. EVERYTHING in……

Stefano and Christina were wonderful hosts and the apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the Adriatic every afternoon after sightseeing the charming towns. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone and we would love to stay here again.”
