An employee had left the door ajar and the air conditioning at 61° in the room. The grout or caulk in the shower needs to immediately be pulled out and redone. I don’t know what happened to make it orange, but it didn’t look safe. The desk staff was wonderful. Parking was plentiful. The elevator worked. The breakfast was adequate.

Hotel is in need of a renovation, tub was chipped, tub drain not working. Sink had similar issues. Overall bathroom and room is severely lacking and is in need of renovation. I would not recommend to those traveling with families.

The room was fairly quiet, being located near the highway. The room and the hotel itself was clean. The bed was comfortable, with really soft linens. The hotel breakfast area was right near the lobby but it was well organized and quiet. It being near the lobby meant the staff was right there if you needed any assistance or had questions.The staff was attentive and pleasant. Our stay was very nice. We really wanted to stay a few more days but had things to attend to at home. We will definitely be staying there again, longer next time.

We had an issue with our check in. They said the computer showed our room was clean and we walked in and could clearly had just been left with beds torn down, towels on floor.

The lobby and room was very dirty. There were weird stains on the walls and the carpet. the bathroom was dirty and the dispensers were not on the wall but just sitting on the tub. There were some nasty looking bugs-- really gross. Is it too much to ask for a clean room? Also- no wash clothes and only one hand towel. Seems like no one cares about this property.

My room was downgraded due to no king beds left. I was given a queen room and at first site everything was fine. Then I noticed the bathroom sink was dirty as well as the floor throughout the room. I was sick when I arrived so I fell asleep on top of the bed and then I woke up and went and got breakfast. I fell back to sleep and when I woke up I pulled the bedding back and noticed debris. I pulled it all the way down to the foot and seen pubic hair and human hair all the way down!!!!! I’m not happy with this experience

This is not on the property but EXPEDIA. Ive tried to reach you regarding the card that expedia blocked upon my attempt to use it to purchase this room. Please contact me, as i cannot get a call in to Expedia at all. The chat keeps asking if i want to book something and never addresses my question regarding my card or billing. You have my email.

The hotel did not honor my reservations made a month in advance and canceled my rooms (3) with the only reason is we overbooked. I booked my rooms over 4 weeks in advance and had confirmation numbers for my booking.

We arrived after check in time and they sent us to our room and it wasn't cleaned yet. They gave is a new room and at first look it looked ok. After turning on the lights, we realized that they hadn't vacuumed the floors and there was cracker crumbs on one bed and on a end table. The floors were disgusting! After traveling 8 hours, we found the cleanest bed and crashed. The next morning after our showers, I realized the hair dryer didn't work. We tried different outlets as well. The main lobby needs to be cleaned as well. All the seats are very stained. Also stacks of empty cardboard boxes in the hallways.

A bit after we checked in we realized our air conditioning was not working. We went down to the front desk to see what could be done and the gal working the desk was on her cell phone. She said rudely, hold on someone is at the front desk. We told her about the AC and she apologized and moved us to a different room after trying to get in touch with maintenance. We go to the new room to find the bed is unmade and dirty towels are on the bathroom floor. So back to the front desk we go. And her response was, well apparently housekeeping does not know what a clean room means. Finally we did get a third room however it was next to the elevator. Also tiles in entryway were not only cracked but pieces broken off and just set back in place. Would not stay here again.
