“The house was clean and perfect. We attended the Sights and Sound Theater, was an easy drive. Walked around town to the many shops. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. They even had a backyard, if you like to sit outside. Highly recommend!”

“Cute property with easy access to our Conestoga wagon. We stayed for two days and loved it. Horse drawn buggies going by all day, nice little creek right next to the wagon. Very peaceful. Kathryn was very accomodating and promptly responded to my emails. We have twin 13 year old boys who are more like high school size and they enjoyed the bunk bed. We would definitely stay again.”

“This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone. This is in the heart of Lancaster Amish country and the click dry clack of horse carriages can be heard from the spacious porch. There is a full game room in the basement and we used this as a separate bedroom with a cot that was provided. Ken was a fantastic and very friendly host. He was willing to provide anything we needed. I wish we had more time to spend here. ”

“For the third year in a row we enjoyed our family time in this beautiful and spacious home. The pool and hot tub are always a big hit. We rented a kayak one day which was fun. Due to some downpours of rain before and during our stay, the ground was a bit soggier than previous years where our grandkids liked to explore along the river. ”

“This place is great. Centrally located to get to a lot in Lancaster. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. I thought street parking might be an issue but we always found a spot. We even got some time in the hot tub! Kathy was the best to work with, will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. ”

We also loved the location - we could walk to many many stores and restaurants in ten minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
