The room is not what the website described! I booked a Junior Suit for 4 nights and on the website it mentioned that the room is over 400 sq ft with a double bed and a sofa bed. However, when we checked in such room is around 300 sq ft and there were only two single beds. I immediately requested to change the room as not only the room size but also the beds are not enough for my family. However, the staff refused and claimed all the rooms are occupied. She just promised to ask her colleague to follow up on my request on the second day. On the second day, the staff said it's not possible for changing my room but agreed to change the bed into a double bed and add an additional bed for me. However, in the end, what I got was a trolley bed and a "double bed" that they just used double bed beddings to cover the two single beds and make it into a double bed. I took a photo of the room when I checked in at the first instance for reference.

此飯店就在出Colmar 火車站的左前方路口，對自由行的旅客而言非常方便，從飯店歩行到著名的景點小威尼斯只要十分鐘左右，到老城區也只要十五分鐘左右的路程，如果要租車，租車公司不在市區而是在城北的機場附近, 可以請飯店幫忙叫計程車，車資為15歐元。飯店人員都會說英語，態度親切。飯店附近沒有餐廳，要在市區用餐，這次飯店有提供早餐半價7-8歐元很划算，比自己在外面買麵包加咖啡還便宜。

Right opposite to the train station. Very close to the bus station too (1min walk). 15min to the old town which is a must to go. The room is very spacious. The double bed is very comfortable. You have basically everything u can expect from a 4-star hotel in the room. There is also a small balcony despite the fact that the view was not very nice. The wifi was good but it was quite annoying that most of the electric plugs next to the bed were not working. I was also surprised that a staff entered my room in the morning(ard 10am)while I was sleeping. Overall my stay in this hotel was very satisfying because the room was well-equipped, very spacious and in excellent conditions.

I stayed here for 6 nights for exhibition, and i really love this city! The hotel is right opposite Colmar train station, and 15 mins walking distance to city center. The only thing that I didn't like is the neighborhood, there are't any shops and restaurants nearby.

Insgesamt war es für meine Frau und mich ein überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar. Besonders haben uns die Freundlichkeit und die Herzlichkeit des Personals gefallen sowie das sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Restaurants. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an alle, die wir dort angetroffen haben.

Je viens de temps en temps à l'hôtel Bristol car il est très bien situé en face de la gare, qu'il est extrêmement confortable et que son personnel est prévenant et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût et sobriété. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un régal !

Séjour en déplacement professionnel. Hôtel juste en face de la gare, hyper pratique. Service plus que convenable et arrangeant si possible. Chambre très confortable, refaite il y a peu de temps certainement mais il reste des choses à faire. P'tit déj impeccable, grand choix, pour tous les goûts. Regret de ne pas avoir pu profité du spa. On ne m'en a même pas parlé😢 vraiment dommage. Consigne d'as l'hôtel, hyper pratique le jour du départ. Je recommande même s'il reste des choses à faire, améliorer un peu (vieillot)
