“Appartment was presented very well . Very clean everything we needed was provided in apartment. Host helped locate parking within 5mins walk from accommodation and was only £3 for 24hrs . Apartment very close to everything has to offer we were at a concert at the piece hall and it was very walkablebwith plenty bars and restaurants enroute . “Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner……
