“spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. “We so enjoyed our stay at Sojourn-we had the upgraded king suite.Air con and electric blinds were standouts.Bed was very comfy and the room size was really good.Its in the middle of the cbd too so very handy to everything.I would recommend to anyone.Parking was just over the road at a cost of 35 per night but thats normal in welly.”

“The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.”

“This is my 5th stay at Quest Wgtn. The location is amazing, the place cannot be beat for that. I will say next time I will request to stay on a lower floor, as this time I was on the 8th floor and the furniture desperately needed sanding and re-varnishing. What a pleasure stay!

"It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!"
