The Space:
The lush landscaping, mature trees, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces create a warm and inviting first impression. Step inside using the private key-code provided at check-in, and you'll be welcomed into a bright, airy space filled with natural light streaming through large windows and skylights. Originally built with mid-century modern charm, the home has been beautifully updated to offer both style and comfort.

The main living area is spacious, open, and filled with light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary creations, featuring high-end appliances, sleek cabinetry, a travertine-tile backsplash, and granite countertops. A stunning bay window overlooks the lush greenery outside, adding to the home’s charm.

With four comfortable bedrooms spread across three levels, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and breathtaking views of Palmer Park’s bluffs. Two additional bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed. The lower-level bedroom is set up with matching twin beds, making it a great space for extra guests. The home also features two bathrooms, all clean, modern, and well-stocked with essentials. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
Located in central Colorado Springs near to one of the city’s most memorable and oft-overlooked open space and nature parks (Palmer Park!), this neighborhood has a quiet, established and easy feeling to it. The homes were built in the mid-century, and there’s a classic, straight-forward appeal. The trees are big and mature, the streets are wide, the schools have playgrounds full of kids and access to some exceptional hiking, biking, and green spaces is within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes & shopping are all just around the corner and access to the Pikes Peak Region’s most notable attractions for visitors and guests is easy, quick and simple. Places like Garden of the Gods, Downtown Colorado Springs, the Broadmoor, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and many more are all just 10 - 15 minutes away by car.

Palmer Park was deeded to the public by the city’s founder, and represents an appreciated investment protecting an area of pretty striking natural beauty. The hiking and biking trails are abundant in the park, as are the overlooks and the amazing views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak itself, looming at 14,110 feet, well above the city below. There are natural rock formations, hoodoos and spires, that give the area a unique and other-worldly appeal. This neighborhood might not be the first that most visitors look at when they plan a visit to Colorado Springs, but really they should — and their loss is your gain, with this true hidden-gem — absolute vacation rental goodness!

Getting Around:
We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!

Other Things to Note:
House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Dog Policy:

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.


Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
AND/OR ADD - We do have an evaporative cooling system that cools and humidifies, which can be installed in the summer months.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
