Me hospedé en Baymont by Wyndham Colorado Springs el pasado martes 6 de mayo y, lamentablemente, la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas básicas de un lugar digno para huéspedes. Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención no fue la esperada. Me cambiaron dos veces de habitación y a mis amigas incluso tres veces, lo cual refleja claro habitaciones no adecuadas. Además, las habitaciones tenían un olor desagradable. Para sumar a esta situación, notamos que había personas hospedadas en condiciones de indigencia (homeless), lo cual generó un ambiente incómodo y de inseguridad. Por todo lo mencionado, considero que el hotel no cumple con condiciones saludables y adecuadas para una estadía placentera. Me gustaría saber si existe alguna opción para recuperar las dos noches que no utilicé, ya que decidí no permanecer en el lugar por las condiciones en las que se encontraba.

Front desk lady was hard to understand. Pool was out of order (which is the reason I picked it). Only one ice machine working. Elevator outdated. People were smoking pot and cigarettes in the building. The free breakfast was a huge joke, it had waffles, bagels or cereal, that’s it, no fruit no eggs no toast

The staff is very nice & it was extreme quiet & despite being in disrepair seemed fairly clean with comfortable beds. I didn’t get up to experience the breakfast but certain things like my headboard were dirty & the cherry on top was waking up to use the bathroom & finding beetles or roaches crawling across my toothbrush & in all areas of the bathroom with water. They clearly have no plans to update the property & while they were quick to refund me & apologize, it was clear they knew about the bugs & probably won’t spend the $ to redo it.

Our stay was very well at this hotel. The staff accommodated us for everything that we needed that came up for a few things that did on our toilet didn’t flush the second day but right away. The manager was very quick to get us someone to give us a plunger so we could fix it. It’s not the nicest most fanciest hotel but it is a damn fancy hotel for the price of the room how cheap it came as well as we like the area we were in it wasn’t very ghetto wasn’t scary wasn’t really uncomfortable. It was nice little spot next to a bunch of restaurants at McDonald’s at Walmart so we had everything we needed and other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

I don't even know where to start honestly, from checking in to getting settled in to the room the entire experience has been awful on top of no cancelations, no refunds Yada yada. They don't have elevator access for a third floor booking, they don't have the pool accessible which was our primary reason for booking here with a 2yo traveling 1,000 miles - pools are invaluable to running their energy down between stays. If we could've canceled, we would've. Then on top of that they wanted to tell us we had to pay a $100 deposit which is probably more than the cost of the night stay when we booked with Affirm which specifically states no deposit no fees when setting up the installment plan. Apparently the staff had to call their GM at midnight on a Saturday to get permission not to charge a deposit they had no business charging. They said the room was on the first floor, it isn't. I don't see any handicap accessibility so good luck to anybody who needs that you will be going up stairs OR a very sketchy curb with a door that is very heavy and difficult to keep open when bringing in a trolley. All of this followed up by the unclean and ratty hotel room we got switched to which is smaller than the one we booked and pay for and who knows what other compromises we wouldn't know about. The first thing I noticed was the tub with a towel carefully draped over several burns along the edge of the tub, what looks like a deteriorating tub finish with possible mold underneath the paint.

They were great! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and they were very nice and helpful. Only thing that would have been nice is if the 3 rd party we booked through would of showed that they pool was under maintenance in August as my little ones were sad they could not go swimming. But everything else was great!
