Broadmoor Area Home Great for Families and Pets!

Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at as you walk through the door! The "Big House" at the Cheyenne Bungalows, built in 1909, was renovated in 2019. This beautiful and spacious home has everything you need to feel relaxed and comfortable.
This spacious home has two stories. Upon entering, the living room will be on your left. It includes plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy a movie or sit and catch up with friends and family. The large bay window is perfect for enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard and daily wildlife visits! The living room opens up into the dining room with seating for 8. To the right of the entrance is the Queen Bedroom which includes a small closet, dresser, and a lovely view of the front yards. Walk straight ahead into the kitchen and family room area. The family room includes a gas fireplace, dining area, and comfortable couch with queen-sized pull-out bed. From the family room, you can access the laundry room with complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets, or walk out onto the side deck with seating for 4! It is the perfect place to sit and watch your pup play in the yard or your children swing on the tire swing! Please note the yard is not fully fenced but does include a safe dog run. The kitchen has a brand new stovetop, microwave, and oven and it is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and spices you may need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea!

Walk upstairs to find the King Master Suite and bath to the left of the stairs. The King Master Suite includes a large closet and a dresser for storing your items, a private 3/4 bathroom as well as your own private coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea. To the right of the stairs, you will enter the King Bedroom. This bright room has views of the property below, a large closet, and a dresser. Also at the top of the stairs to the right is the Queen Bedroom with great views of the mountains. It has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a desk area perfect for those who may need to work remotely!

My friends and I were celebrating the birthday of one of our group. We loved the location and the property was beautiful inside and out. Nicely appointed kitchen, and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Great front room for sitting around and talking. The weather did not allow a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful grounds but we appreciated being able to grill. We would have liked a hot tub but there is so much to do, we were really busy. Definitely a perfect choice for our group.

Lovely property. Close to anything Broadmoor. Plenty of room to spread out. Even enjoyrd a visit from three deer who i think owned the property. Very easy to contact host who responded to questions about local doings. Very comfy beds.

We were in town for our son's wedding in May, 2024. We had 6 adults stay at the property, and everyone had their own space, which was nice. The downstairs living area had plenty of room when we had visitors over, the seating is very well-thought out and spacious. We loved the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the outdoor space was beautiful and made for a great backdrop for our pre-wedding photos. The location of the property was close to Old Colorado City and downtown Colorado Springs. The owners are amazing and very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. Highly recommend this property for a large family outing or get together with friends.

We came to Colorado Springs for the Firefighter Memorial and it was so location was perfect. Location is great. The house was so relaxing and we had 7 adults and everyone had their own space. We would definitely come back to this house. The owners were wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious yet still felt cozy and welcoming. It was so nice to have an outdoor space for the kids to explore. The hosts are very detail-oriented and thought of everything. I really appreciated the electronic guidebook they sent after we booked with lots of great information - we referred to it many times. The quality of everything in this house was top-notch, too - from the furniture and the appliances, down to even the cookware and utensils. You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in their home and want guests to have a great experience. The location is great as well - not too far from anything. It's a quick 2-minute trip to get groceries and only about 15-20 minutes to Garden of the Gods. Very close to the zoo and beautiful nature trails as well! We definitely hope to book this home again next time we visit C. Springs!

The property is as pictured. Lovely landscaping and yard. Having bedrooms upstairs was a hit. Plenty of space for all and the the three baths were so helpful. We cooked daily and had all utensils needed and more. This property is both comfy and cozy. Beds and linens are great. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay! We have a family of 6, and had both of our sets of parents come on vacation with us had it was very enjoyable! Great location to everything we wanted to do, and my husband and son went for a run several days and was able to safely. Easy to run to Walmart and shopping. House was big enough for us to have our areas but cozy enough to still be together, hanging out and playing games too. Appliances were new and nice. We saw 2 deer, couple of raccoons, and sone hummingbirds. Yard areas were so pretty, We brought washers and perfect location. Tire swing was a huge hit with our daughter but one morning there were guys trimming trees/bushes and it was taken down. The only thing to mention as a heads up more to the owners were that the towels were very minimal. Would have been nice to have more bath towels/washcloths and kitchen washcloths, and some basic measuring cups and spoons, PAM spray. We will definitely be recommending this to others that may be vacationing in Colorado Springs! Hosts were quick to answer when I had a which question.

Our group of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is in a great location making it easy to get to many attractions. The home was very clean and quiet and the pictures were spot-on. The owners thought of everything you may need for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen and bath were well equipped, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows provided. The owners were very accommodating, kind, and very prompt with communication. This was our first experience booking a VRBO home and we were very impressed with the hospitality we received. I know the next owners will have very big shoes to fill after this stay. We highly recommend Cheyenne Bungalows and we will definitely book this home again when we return to Colorado Springs.

Really happy and highly recommend this VRBO in Colorado springs! Convenient to so many things like the Broadmoor Arena Walmart Safeway is right around the corner exercise places mini stores we didn't go to but noted for their convenient location. Also very convenient to the Broadmoor hotel which was a wonderful visit and highly recommend as well. This vacation home was spacious comfortable well-maintained had great appointments and the sofas and living areas were so very comfortable there were two separate living areas one directly connected to the kitchen in one separate and connected to the dining area. We had many great dinners in the dining area and we're very happy with the spacious accommodations. Three bedrooms upstairs one bedroom downstairs and the parking was very helpful, the outdoors was very beautifully maintained and landscaped. Additionally, our host made a small accommodation for us and was very prompt with their reply and support to us. That made us feel very appreciated and very happy. Thank you so much. Could not more highly recommend this as a vacation place, we were very happy and we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was stocked with everything we needed! There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The two living areas worked great for us so if one of us needed to be working, there was always a quiet "work space" . The owners were incredibly kind - we had a large snow storm to deal with during our travels. They were sincerely interested in us making it safely and were so willing to work with us. We will be staying here again.
