This Private basement suite offers you with easy/one level access and an at home feel.
Once booked, you will be provided a personal code for the lock box for the suite key to enjoy relaxing and enjoying you and your and family's stay.
1st Bedroom: King size memory foam mattress with adjustable base, desk, 45-inch smart tv & gorgeous views of the mountain range. Also a large walk-in closet, air purifier fan, luggage racks, extra pillows/blanket & safe
2nd Bedroom: Bunk bed-twin over twin mattresses & queen memory foam mattress. 45-inch smart tv w/NES Nintendo system over 600 old school games on it. Dresser, air purifier fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet is Extra blankets/pillows, highchair, a pack and play, cornhole game, baby bath, Basketballs/footballs & small basketball hoop. (There is a basketball court within close walking distance of the suite & can be seen from the porch)
Kitchen: (The mountain view in the picture is a window mural. not an actual view) Enjoy a full view of the living room/tv from the kitchen seating area & the mountain range/yard view out of the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook during your stay. Oven, Microwave, Air Fryer Confection Oven Combo with three racks, 18"x11" large flat counter-top electric griddle (great for pancakes/French toast) Crock pot, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee/Tea Provided), Island, rice maker, Water filter Pitcher (in fridge), spices & all cooking/Cooking oil/Bowls, Cookware, Etc.
Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer. Ironing Board & Iron. 1 person Infared sauna & towels
Living Room: Comfy seating area with a sectional seated in an open space, 65" smart tv, Electric fireplace stocked full of board games/puzzles. 2021 Pac-Man arcade. Kids Frozen and lion king themed chairs (see pictures)
Kids Play Cave/Den: With interactive wall game, animal pillows, puzzles and stand play table.
Porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) Covered patio seating with full sectional outdoor sofa with patio string lighting, swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. There is a covered outdoor table so you and your family can enjoy the sunsets over dinner. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. And enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. At night the porch lights are on a timer and provide a peaceful feel while the sunset/mountain view can be seen from the porch.
Also: The upstairs is where me and my roommate are/reside. It is completely blocked off and separate/secured from the downstairs. And I doubt you will even hear anyone. This private suite is quiet, clean and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect indoor and outdoor quiet hours.

Rules/Guidelines:
-Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite. There is a shoe rack by the door. I appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the carpets clean
-Quiet times: 10pm-6am (Indoor and outdoor)
-Please be respectful and aware of the neighbors and the home. If coming and going after quiet hours, please be mindful of noise levels
-Cigarettes/Vaping outside only. Please use the ashtray for your cig butts and please don't throw them on the property. No weed/other drugs brought into the suite or smoked on or around the property at any time
-This property is not suitable for parties/events/gatherings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and surrounding areas. 6 Guests max at the suite at one time to ensure compliance with local regulations and prevent overcrowding. *If you wish to have visitors over during your stay, please message me first to approve ($15 a visitor $25 overnight)
-No open flame indoors like candles, sent burners etc
-I accept Dogs but do not accept cats/other animals allowed at any time
-There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced-in yard. Please clean up after your pup (pooper scoopers provided) & I kindly ask to please keep your dog(s) off the couch/beds/sheets ($150 cleaning fee applied for access hair)- Thank so much!
-Guest access: The backyard, lower private basement suite & lower back porch
-Security cameras: 1 facing the backyard & 1 on the back porch
(20+ stays only includes start up toiletries, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is an additional $95 cleaning fee added. And I offer a Dog fee discount - Please message me before booking so I can help)
