The property was convenient to everything but they had construction going on that woke you up at 715 in the morning banging on the floors above you and the walls next to you.

Location is great. Hotel is remodeling and had issue with the noise level late at night and early in the morning. Pool and hot tub area needs updating and cleaning. Breakfast is nothing special, ended up going to different locations for breakfast. Might consider staying there again AFTER they are done remodeling.

The Hotel is located in a great location. Would have given a possibly a higher review, IF they had not been remodeling the Hotel during our stay. Our first two days of stay were great! The last night, the construction crew was working very late, I went to the front desk and complained, time was after 10:30 p.m.. The next morning, they were at it again. Time was prior to 7:00 a.m.. This was not enjoyable while on vacation. Complained but have heard nothing back from management or owner. The pool and hot tub area, needed to be cleaned, maybe they will outdate this while remodeling. The would be a big plus. Breakfast was nothing fancy, would be nice to switch options for breakfast up, instead of the same choices daily.

Shower needed repairs (handle spun completely around!), and the room decor was an odd mix of old and newer furnishings. I don’t expect much for a free breakfast, but this one should be skipped. On the plus side, the front desk and housekeeping staffs were kind and attentive. We liked the easy access and parking, tv channel selection, multiple USB outlets, and overall sense of privacy.

It is an older property, for what you pay it is good. Our room was large, the bedding and towels were clean (the towels were super soft). All the surfaces were clean, but the room could really use a deep clean, bathroom vent and in between the tub and the shower surround and carpet. It did look like they were working on some renovations possibly new flooring. Super quiet area, I didn’t hear any outside noise. Check in was really easy and the young lady that checked me in was really nice.

I will pick here every time I come to visit the springs. Very clean and safe environment. Our room faced a live running creek with a beautiful peaceful walk trail. Love every minute we were there. Had a indoor pool and spa, both the kids and us parents loved that too. They offer breakfast, and hot coffee in the mornings. Oh our windows opened so we were able to have the sound of the creek and fresh air which was such a great touch. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Cannot say enough positive about this hotel. First the staff was so kind and friendly. Comfy and clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was hot and had healthy options as well as many typical breakfast offerings. Breakfast area was restocked and kept clean as guests were eating. Close enough to what was important for our stay and safe parking spaces right out front. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit!
