This was overall a very bad experience. The bathroom in the lobby was totally dirty and not cleaned. I also had a check in time at 3 PM and I literally showed up at 6:45 PM and I was told that housekeeping is behind and there are not rooms available. Which is so ridiculous considering I was several hours past check in time. This left me to have to go to another hotel location and having to pay much more, as I had to book the same day. PICK ANOTHER HOTEL IF YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOOD FOR YOU!

This place is disgusting! I have never been in such a filthy room. Burn marks in the carpet, hair on the counter in the bathroom, garbage on the floor, stains all over the floor, and dirt on the bathroom floor. There is so many other things but the worst thing is being charged $175 deposit without any warning. And you dont get reimbursement for 7-24 days .

This is our go to property when visiting the Springs. Easy access to I-25, Broadmoor Arena & Downtown. Treats or dogs just like kids. Very friendly no matter the issue. Will keep coming as long as their open!!

Blood stain found on one queen comforter. Other bed had actual debris under the pillows. Night shift seemed completely zoned out to even function while checking in. Morning desk manager was very helpful when I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the room.

I tell ya we were accused of smoking in the room when we were not in it we had a wxpensive camera come up missing as well that we did not notice til we made it home. Im totally disgusted at the attempt to accuse two people so they can take out money for deposit when we were not even in the room.... and the whole hall way reeked of some bad incense odor but we were blamed its a shame feel like these folks do this on purpose

Check in went smooth but our room wasn’t ready because they were shampooing the carpet. When we did get in our room, there was a very strong odor, reminiscent of wet dog. We also found that the window to our second floor room was left open, probably to air out the smell” but this left it very unsafe for our kids. There was no screen or anything preventing anything or anyone from flying out the window. The TV didn’t work, and bathroom/shower floors were not in great shape. Half of the outlets in the room either didn’t work or were extremely over crowded with cords. Breakfast was fine but not good.

Appliances and elevators were old and did not work well. Maintenace was done poorly and made the hotel appear cheap. Also, I wish they would have advertised the strict no vaping policy when I booked- I would have booked at a hotel that had a balcony.
