*There are 33 historic uneven flagstone steps with railing up toward the house from parking area; not conducive for those with back, knee, or mobility issues. There is an original interior (newly carpeted) and narrow stairway from main level to upper level. Lawn is steep and no railings on terraces. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk.
*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night. Each day guest is $25/day.
*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation by a separate, licensed professional hot tub contractor, not the housecleaner.
*Maximum number of people on site is 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.
*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.
