Modern Private Suite - Walkable Central Location

Enjoy your newly remodeled private suite with off-street parking and private entrance. Ideally located on the Westside with a 10-15 min walk to historic Old Colorado City breweries, restaurants & shopping (or a 2 min drive!). 7 min drive to Garden of the Gods. 5-10 min to downtown Colorado Springs with the new Switchback FC Soccer Stadium, Olympic Museum, Colorado College, & more!

This entirely separate suite is attached to a house with full-time residents. Because of shared walls, there is a chance you may hear the adjoining family, and because we live in a busy neighborhood, you may hear an occasional loud vehicle drive by as well as neighborhood pets.

For your safety, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and exterior cameras on premises.

Surprised by chickens

The property was very clean with comfortable furniture. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and I appreciated the coffee and Keurig. The location is perfect - an easy drive to Colorado College, downtown, the Broadmoor, and Garden of the Gods. There are chickens beside the studio and during my visit one vocal rooster who has been rehomed .

Beautiful Place! Great Location! Welcoming Host!

Beautiful place to stay. Super close to all the major attractions we wanted to do. Victoria is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed to the coty and her home. We(2 adults) stayed for 8 nights and we were plently comfortabe in this apartment.

Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed this cute little place. Bathroom was beautiful! We had trouble with the TV - they have apps and we are used to cable so it was user error! Wouldnt have mattered so much but it was the olympics!! Still enjoyed our stay!

Taking in Pikes Peak

Victoria is a wonderful host. I had trouble getting through to her on VRBO but then we just texted. The Cozy Cave is just that. Very clean with lots of space. Bathroom was recently remodeled. We had trouble with the streaming but Victoria came over and fixed it for us. This location is close to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak.

Small but comfortable

Property was just as advertised. Although small, the suite was great for two people. It was close to many areas such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Olympic Training Center, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. There are many restaurants and bars in Old Colorado City.

It was cosy and clean!

We are a small family (2x adults, 1x baby) who were very comfortable staying here for a week. The key positives from our stay was the helpful and welcoming hosts, the cleanliness, a driveway space for our hire car, walking distance to the old town which had a decent selection of bars and restaurants. Although we didn’t use the AC, it was available along with a heater and ceiling fan to keep the room temperature comfortable. We would gladly come back again, and thank the hosts for a lovely time at the truly cozy place.

Great for a long weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a small fridge/coffee maker etc. so we picked up a couple of groceries for when we weren't out and about. The neighborhood is great! Short distance to go exploring and we walked to get coffee and dinner a couple of times. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Hiking Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cozy Cove! The location, though residential, was just what I had in mind. I walked every day to Colorado Ave. for breakfast and coffee. The downtown Bancroft Park area has lots of little stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops to choose from. Loved the breakfast at Bon Tons, coffee from Jives and Mimosa Flights from OCC Brewing. Drove to the mountains for hikes. Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs. Cheyenne Canon Park and Garden of the Gods all within 20 minute drive! I plan to come back!

Cozy Cove is just that. Cozy & Comfortable & Conveniently located for all the main attractions! It has everything you need for a great getaway to Colorado Springs. We highly recommend it!

Great hone base for some time in the area

Everything was smooth and accurate. The suite was nicely appointed. The location is also convenient to the restaurants and all of Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, grocery stores, and relatively close to downtown. O e night, I even saw two huge mule deer walking by. I really want to go back and would stay right there.

Cozy Cave Rocks!

Splendid little apartment convenient to town for shopping and dining and close to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak! Super clean space and comfy bed. Victoria was very friendly and welcoming! Great value!

Great for a short stay!

The Cozy Cave was very clean, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities. Communication from our host was very clear. It doesn’t have a full kitchen or washer and dryer so I wouldn’t recommend making it a long stay. But it was perfect for the 2 days my husband and I stayed to explore Colorado Springs.
