Very disappointed with this property. Check in was not good... room wasn't ready and no one could tell me how long it would be until I could check in. Meanwhile I
watched 6 other sets of guests who arrived behind me get checked right in. The front desk staff were curt and seemingly annoyed at trying to get the answers I needed, and I had to haul my luggage to a public restroom on the 2nd floor (the elevators were out of service) to get ready for my meeting. I then found out on my own that my room was already clean and ready for me to check in, but the front desk staff still were unaware that it was ready, so I had to haul my luggage back down the stairs to finally check in, and then back up again to enter my room. To top things off, the upgrade eventually offered was alcohol (I don’t drink), then a 20% off coupon to a restaurant I wouldn't be able to use. I was then told the manager would get back to me on an upgrade, but that still hasn't happened, though I stopped by the front desk at 10:15 that night to enquire. All very frustrating. Bottom line, the reception staff all seemed either powerless to resolve these situations, or that they simply couldn't care less.
