Close to all the great attractions, Navajo Bungalows will immediately make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door! The home is newly renovated and the yards are beautifully landscaped and maintained.
This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. And there is plenty of onsite parking. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars very comfortably. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television and french doors that lead you out to a private deck. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain while the Queen bedroom features a great view of the city lights in the evening or the sunrise in the morning. The large bathroom features heated floors, large vanity, and plenty of room for a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, you will have a good selection of spices and complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild Brewery is within walking distance, and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
The utility room offers a full-size washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Beautiful vacation home

The house and garden are beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all Colorado Springs and the area has to offer. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our stay with our 2 dogs. The location couldn’t have been better for us, and the backyard was a huge plus! The views from the house were nice and the neighborhood itself was peaceful. We enjoyed the warm bathroom floors and ease of check in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there, but also lots of great restaurants and coffee spots close by. We will be back!

The house was just as advertised. Very clean, close to many things and well stocked with water, coffee, creamer, bath soap and toilet paper. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Wonderful!!!!

Exceeded our expectations

This is a great little house in a convenient area. Everything was very clean. It was a bonus that it was even decorated for Christmas! The property mangers (owners?) responded very quickly to questions. There is a nearby park with play equipment for kids and paths to walk your dog. Our pup really loved the backyard. It was so nice to wake up each morning to a view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Great place! We stayed for Thanksgiving Week with the home being comfortable and having everything needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The home is conveniently located near everything and we greatly appreciate the host's virtual guide book and allowing us to check in early. Highly recommend!

Garden of the Gods weekend..

We brought our two small, older dogs and did some sightseeing, scenic cruising, and great shopping in Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods is a must see, the trails were perfect for our two dog stroller. The Royal Gorge bridge was amazing. The property was very nice and the landscape is beautiful. We saw a buck the first night in the front yard.

Updated Home in Colorado Springs

Walking into this home felt like walking directly into the photos – everything was exactly as pictured. The house has obviously been recently updated with lots of modern features and was generously stocked with everything we needed except for our perishable food/drinks. Both a drip and keurig-type coffee maker option which was very nice. Ice-maker in the fridge was very convenient too. AC worked great! Both bedrooms are on the first floor, you can go to and use the upper outside deck from outside, but the room that is up there is locked off from both the inside and outside. Our only "complaint" was many of the windows didn't have coverings, such as the big windows above the beds in the bedrooms. We like dark rooms for sleeping, but were able to wedge two of the bed pillows in the arched window frame to block out the early morning light for the most part. From the map it looks like you are very close to the highway, but we couldn't hear any road noise inside the house. Depending on which end of the street you drive in on, the general location can look a little sketchy, with some houses needing a little more love, though this house was beautifully landscaped and the houses across the street were also well-maintained. Pretty view of the mountains when looking out the front windows. Plenty of off-street parking. It was convenient to the attractions we were interested in, namely Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

Great Mountain stay

The Property was very nice! It was well stocked. It was very comfortable. We loved the yard and spent time on the porch enjoying the outside. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Great place

The location is very nice. Walking distance to a brewery and a small park is nice. Also just a short drive (under 5min) to supermarket and restaurants. The house is clean and quiet. The backyard gives a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the views.

Colorado Raft adventures

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the property! Heads up for sink users: the kitchen sink is a touch on/off...so dont think you landed 2 times zones away and forgot how to turn on a faucet! Very cute neighborhood although i hope the neighbors start to match the ivywild vibe and clean up their yards too! We enjoyed walking through the park across the way and visiting the kitties! Overall relaxing perfect home base for our explorations. Attentive hosts and very quick to respond. Looking forward to our next Springs/ So Co trip!

Family Reunion in COS

We were happy in the Nicely Done bungalow! Two couples. It's clear a lot of thought was put into setting it up for guests. I loved having morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds and enjoying the view. The kitchen was well equipped for me to prepare food for our family gathering 8 minutes away. Super convenient location for us. Walking down to Ivywild was fun, such a cool place. Easy drive to OCC, Manitou and Garden of the Gods. A couple (not a big deal) issues we had were promptly and politely addressed by Christy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place!

Great place and location. The home was beautiful and comfortable, but the gem of this place is the backyard and deck with an amazing view. It’s also close to a nice park if you’re traveling with kiddos. Be sure and check out Ivywild School while you’re there too!

Wonderfully perfect home

This house is perfect :) great location , so close to so many things we needed more time . Beds are so comfy house has everything you need . Perfect for our dogs who travel with us everywhere . Places we went all dog friendly …garden of gods, seven falls , royal gorge , bishops castle (my fav) seven bridges hike , phantom canyon road (amazing scenic drive ) Bear Creek dog park is just down the road . We ate several places the host recommended all very good plus Wines of Colorado it was our favorite and Colorado Mountain Brewery took our pups to all as well . This is where we will always stay from now on when returning to Colorado Springs . We came from Iowa .
