This is a very cute cabin! Views from the back deck were amazing! The cabin was clean, there are some areas that need to be scrubbed down a little better with a deep clean (but I'm a clean freak, the rest of my party didn’t notice). Floors, bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms all clean. Bedding was clean, too. The reason I marked down 1 star is because the couch pullout was extremely uncomfortable so didn’t really count as another place for an adult to sleep.

This house was clean and cozy! Great location and easy to find. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the closeness of the neighbors. The pictures make this house look like there are no other houses in the immediate area. Reality is there are very close neighbors and there is no yard. But that aside, this was a great house!

Great place to stay!

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. And, the owner was super nice! As soon as we walked in, it smelled and looked very clean! Towards the end of our stay, we did run low on toilet paper, ran out of dishwasher pods, and the laundry detergent was low, but we had enough to do laundry. The owner was quick to respond to requests. Thanks for a great place ro stay!

Great relaxing stay

Convenient location to a few restaurants, nice relaxing setting near the lake. Easy walking distance to other family cabins. Close to other houses, but wasn't a concern. Nice little grass area for our dog. Clean and well maintained property. The deck to sit on was a great addition to the relaxing vacation.

Best Escape Ever

If you’re looking for an easy escape from your home and city life, definitely consider this!! We absolutely loved the location of the house and the view of the mountains from the patio and hot tub. I plan on returning myself, because I can not get enough of their hot tub. The house isn’t too far from downtown where there are a few restaurants and coffee shops.

Green mt home

We enjoyed staying in this cabin very much. Green mountain falls is a quiet little town to visit and stay in. The Pantry has good food. We enjoyed meeting the owners of the cabin also.

Air Force -Navy Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in GMF this weekend. I am a '93 Graduate of USAFA, where we attended the Air Force- Navy game Saturday. Our accomodations were top-notch and suited our needs perfectly. The four of us had a great time, walking around the lake and eating at the restaurants in GMF. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. We will return to GMF next time we come to Colorado.

A small cozy place.

An older cabin with very limited space. Had to move the table to seat 4 people. One bathroom had no space to hang towels or plave toiletries.

Great place! Very comfortable and perfect location.

We've stayed here twice now and both times really enjoyed this property. It's only a couple minutes walk from the Green Mountain Falls pond and restaurants. Everything is clean and well kept. Will stay here again for sure!

Great Getaway

Nice little house a little off the beaten path, but very close to Manitou Springs and not far from Colorado Springs. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Only complaint is the kitchen supplies left a little to be desired. Pans were not in the best shape. No cutting board. Knives were super dull. Would definitely stay here again.

Green Mountain Falls Home

This was a nice place to stay. It was closer to other homes than I would have preferred but over all, it was awesome. It was close to the fishing pond and town. House was clean and well furnished. The dryer screams for attention....literally, makes a lot of noise while in use but how many people really do laundry on vacation.... besides me! The ease of checking in was 100 percent on point. I'd stay there again.

The floors were dirty. Dyer made loud noise and never would clear up (mangement said it would).

Had to purchase lightbulbs for frontroom light in order to see. They were all burnt out and couldn't see. Told management about light and dryer and they scuffed it off. We left the place cleaner than what we walked in to.

We thoroughly enjoyed an extended Thanksgiving vaca at this cabin! It was lovely and just what we needed to get off the beaten path and explore. It was cozy, beds were perfect, we slept in every morning. Loved the fireplace! Will def stay here again

Think twice

Based on the pictures we viewed on-line of the area outside of the cabin, we expected a picturesque, private and tranquil place that would afford us the privacy to relax, escape, and simply enjoy nature. Instead, the place seemed like an RV campground/park complete with trash cans/bins/receptacles in plain sight and cabins/cottages built so close together that there would be little, if any, privacy. As a result of this stark contrast, we felt a bait and switch kind of vibe and decided not to stay any of the 13 nights we purchased.

GMF Vacation
