“Small cabin as described, easy access. ”

“We came up to Potsdam to visit our daughter who is a college student and this home made our whole trip so special! Beth’s place was spotless and everything in this home was so well appointed. The space had everything we needed and more! The mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The jacuzzi was a great extra feature and Beth provided robes, towels and flip flops which made going outside in the cold winter weather actually enjoyable. The property……

“Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay……

“We booked this amazing property for a 60th birthday & Girls trip to get away from the men & boys in our lives! It was perfect!!! There is so much room. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We could all comfortably sit in the living room, sit at the table & with only moving one chair around the fire pit on the porch. Any question or concern we had was promptly addressed by Shane. We throughly enjoyed our trip and had already started planning our return with some of the families next year!!!……

“Wonderful private spot next to St Regis River. Very responsive host. There are 2 or 3 other rentals in the property, but it is so large that you get all the privacy. Hiking trails and canoes/kayaks in the property. Star Link Internet is fast and the cabin is just as it looks in the pictures: cozy, well thought, peaceful, private. Would 100 percent recommend and can't wait to go back! ”

“We stayed at the Cedar house and the queen bed in the loft area was phenomenal. Had a bit of a hard time with the shower, couldn’t get the water to regulate to warm, was either very hot or very cold. Other than that, we had a nice stay. ”

“Needed a place to stay for an event happening at Clarkson for a family member. It was myself and 4 other adult family members. It was perfect for what we needed and a short distance to the campus.The detailed instructions and recommendations were much appreciated. There was nothing that we needed for while there. All of the amenities for the hot tub were such a nice touch!While we enjoyed our reason for going to Clarkson, we joked we wished we didn’t have to go because we wanted to spend more……
