We enjoyed the beautiful rooms that were clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Lots of nice touches in the rooms. The owner was excellent in his communication, available if needed and provided clear and concise instructions. All of this right downtown and close to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. My husband, son and I stayed at this listing while we were in Columbia to celebrate our youngest son’s 21st birthday. He’s a student at Mizzou. Perfect location, walking distance to all local restaurants, bars, campus. The apartment was impeccably clean with an updated trendy interior design. The rooms were a good size and the each bathroom had a shower with necessary amenities. We enjoyed the snacks left by Cory. A little pick me up is always nice after being in a car for a few hours traveling to CoMo. We were also appreciative of the coffee in the morning. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Love this place
We were there for a college tour and stayed for a couple days to explore the town. This place was amazing!! It’s right in the middle of downtown Columbia and we were able to walk everywhere. Very clean!! Just communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

We came to visit our son at Mizzou. We loved the amenities and appreciated the coffee and snacks that were provided. This space was clean and comfortable, and we were able to walk to all the places we needed to go.
