Property is convenient to the highway and only 20-25 minutes from USC. Convenient to shopping and only 2 miles from Costco. AC Unit struggle to keep entire room cool so we had to lower to 64 to keep bed area which is away from AC cool.

Avoid this place. The hallways stink so bad. There was garbage on the window ledge. The rooms were okay, just didn’t feel clean. The lights in the room were the CFL spirally bulbs, and kept flickering,and there was no light at all in the living room space. The elevator was sketchy and bouncy and the doors acted like they weren’t going to open. There’s not front desk staff after 10 pm.

Disappointed

Awful stayed for 1 month never received housekeeping. My pets got fleas while staying at this property when management was told they totally overlooked it and NEVER showed concern. When I checked out they kept half of my deposit and claimed my two small dogs left MASSIVE hair in room which is not true. I asked to do a walk through w/management before I checked out but no one did so and I was told I would get my deposit back and to not worry. This place is total Gary weed smoke in hallways and no one cares but ALWAYS find a new price to charge you.

Wasn’t anybody to help for the checking out. Cart to transport our luggage were locked up somewhere and nobody can help us. We have to carry our luggage by ourselves from the four floor

5-Star Review for Extended Stay America – Irmo, SC I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay America in Irmo, South Carolina, and I must say—it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and worry-free. A special thanks to the entire team and the property manager for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality. This location is now truly safe, sanitary, and special. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was top-tier, and it’s clear that great care is taken to provide a secure and welcoming environment for every guest. Sleeper sofa was dirty. Beds were small. Check in clerk had her dog sitting on the counter. Rooms stink.

Rooms were older and they tried to update them. After dark found roaches running on counter on the last night we were there. Will not return. Staff was really pleasant and friendly.

Showed up at 10:30 after traveling for hours. Tools someone 30 minutes to come to the lobby to let us in to our room. We had screaming and tired kids in the car. The rooms smell horrible.

This is the terrible company in the world 😠 😡. D'ont try to book this hotel because everything they put on the site is wrong. I didn't even sleep there because the place they give to people looks like it has been abandoned long time ago. I thing they are scammers. Don't give them your card . I made that mistake they charged me over $100 and I went to pay another hotel $1,000 emergency because of the lies of this people 😠 😡 .run away from this called hotel that doesn't exist. I don't recommend to anyone before the come cry 😢 . I warn you guys don't try. If there was a zero 🌟, is the one I should give. I still gonna post it on all my media to save people money and times.
