Check in was not streamlined or efficient. It was filled with redundant info gathering, wrong room designation, as we declared we had a pet several times in pre arrival too. Room key cards were commisioned to erroneously designated room; not re assigned room. Coffee set up, in room, was missing. Only the coffee maker was there.
Breakfeast had no supply or thought to serve utensils. I grabbed napkins to take a serving from the muffin cloche. As my selection was not packaged, it was very unsanitary.
The rooms have a lack of plugs/ outlets for charging. The only plug, we could find, was at the sink.
