Quiet street in Rosewood, walk to CVS, Publix, Starbucks, and more…5 min Uber or 20 min walk to William Bryce for gamedays! A mile from all that Five Points has to offer and more await you in this 3 Bedroom plus 4th sleeping area with 2 full baths, washer & dryer - comfortably hosting up to 7 adults.

Step inside this delightful home featuring 1 queen bedroom with en-suite bath, Bedroom 2 with full, Bedroom 3 with full, and twin Day bed in bonus room. All bedding, towels, and basic amenities (soap, laundry detergent, etc) provided. All Bedrooms and Family room include Smart TVs for movie night or games and free Wi-Fi. Backyard is very private and fenced, making the deck perfect for sitting and enjoying the Columbia evenings. No smoking or pets allowed.
