We didn’t stay there. I followed the riles for refund on Expedia. I also called the hotel. Nobody from Hotel or Expedia was responsive, even though I requested cancellation online and spoke with hotel -all prior to the 6pm cancellation the day before, as specified at booking time. The hotel answered and said. I’ll note that you are not coming, but you will have to deal with Expedia. The Expedia online booking cue just said, …”this may take a few minutes…” and after waiting two hours…no response. When I called Expedia, they claimed the hotel would not answer the phone. I followed all procedure and also spoke with both Expedia and the property. We did not stay at the hotel, nor will we ever consider it again. Your system doesn’t work. I need a refund!
