I asked for towels and toilet paper, via text, to which I was never responded. The day after checking in, I was woken up by maintenance banging on the door with a clipboard, whom I thought was responding to my earlier message about towels and TP, but instead they denied my request and told me it was time to leave when I still had 2 days on my reservation. I had to argue with the blonde gentleman and tell him I still had 2 more days; he said he’d be back with clarification and never returned after I stood in the doorway for 20 minutes waiting to know if I was supposed to stay or go. A different maintenance guy showed up so I asked him, and he said I wasn’t on his list. Finally, on the third day, both of our keys stopped working so we were locked out of our room and had to get them reprogrammed.
