“The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!”

“My husband and I chose this beautiful location for our 25th wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. We felt it was our home away from home. Very roomy kitchen but also the overall space in general was very comfortable. Very easy location to get to. We also had such a beautiful time exploring more of Lancaster County than we’ve done in the past years. The Lake house ofcourse was our highlight. The beautiful view we woke up to every morning and the sunsets were tough to leave behind. It was……

“The host was a fabulous communicator, and obviously wanted our stay to be everything we were hoping it to be. It was! The accommodations were perfect for our 9 family members 2 dogs. Kitchen items that were thoughtfully provided included coffee pods, coffee mate, spices, in addition to the plentiful dishes and flatware. ”

“The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! It was too hot for the hot tub or sauna but they were inviting too. The host was readily available and accommodating.……

“We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely……
