“I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
