“I liked this property, the staff, cleaning crew and the security were very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean daily and linens replaced. Other than the mishap i had being locked in the bathroom due to a defective door, i had quiet a pleasant stay. I would visit this place again. ”

“The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing”

“Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere ”

“I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or……
