Don’t think you’re going to check in a minute before 3pm bc you’re NOT! I’ve never ever been to a hotel where they don’t give you the courtesy to do so. NO they’re not obligated, but their reason was bc the ENTIRE hotel was filled the night before (Friday) and everyone check out and next day Saturday, staff was short and not one room was available. This was at 2:30pm. Cmonnn lol. So be sure to know your place when you’re checking in bc it may be a desk full of folks all waiting for the bell to ring at 3pm! Also we had a hard time finding the hotel driveway, it’s really weird. They need a large Enter Here sign. The Enter sign is so insignificant and on the ground way after you enter the driveway and you can’t see it. We passed the drive way 2x! BREAKFAST ENDS AT 9:30AM! Whyyyyy??? I don’t think they really plan on feeding people and it’s done purposely to save money! At Least end at 10am!! And last the lobby couch is on the floor, please get a couch that is at a level where it’s easier for older people like myself to get up and down from. I can say, the rooms were really really clean.i had a really comfortable sleep and the lady checking me in was really nice. I had no complaints there.

First room was on the first floor. Room 125. Went in and immediately saw that it was not clean. Carpets weren’t vacuumed and there were multiple ants and another black bug crawling around by the door. I went to the front desk and told them. The guy put us in the room next door. Room 123. Before I even moved my families stuff over I went in and looked it over. Dirty AGAIN. Found food behind a bed. A penny on the floor where a vacuum would have easily picked it up. The floor by the couch and lamp was disgusting. I couldn’t tell if it was a mix of dead bugs and crumbs or what. I made my husband go talk to them this time. At this point I was at a loss for words. The front desk guy came into that room to see the filth himself. The manager finally came out to talk to my husband. They moved us up to floor 3, room 310. This room was better. They told us they never put people in those rooms on the first floor because they’re by the outside side door and that lets the bugs in. But the next night I saw people going in there. I’ll never stay here again. Honestly I’ll never stay with this company again. This hotel single handedly ruined Comfort Inn for me. Nasty.

The pool while indoor was ice cold and full of dead bugs. The bathroom had visible dirt and in shower. The toilet seat was round, the bowl was elogated. Tub faucet leaked. The breakfast on day 1 was incomplete (several items out of stock at 7am), milk soured, sausage not thoroughly cooked. The pull out couch was descent, but had to go to desk for sheets and was told no pillows were available. Several places in our room, the hallway, elevator, stairwell, and breakfast area appeared like a renovation had stopped midway-- there were no signs of current work being done. The breakfast area's floor was disgustingly sticky both mornings.

The wall and couch had stuff all over it that we had to clean ourselves. We had to get out own bedding for the hide a bed and go down to get toilet paper as they only had an almost empty roll in our room. The pool also had a nasty scum ring clear around it.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. This is by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I usually don’t leave reviews but I would hate to have others thinking this is the place to be when it’s not. When you walk in the hotel it has a stench that smells like sewer. Our room also smelled like sewer and the bathroom smelled like poop. The sink was rusty and dirty and the sheets were stained. We asked to be switched to a different room and they did switch us but AGAIN the room smelled like sewer. Very outdated and just overall not pleasant rooms. Would never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to.

My 2nd stay here, was a good price for the quality. If you just need a place to sleep and maybe a quick swim it's not bad at all. Good enough i returned, so that says alot. Also its been months apart and there is some screaming pig/bird outside somewhere both times lol
