Met minimum needs, not much else

I just want to start off by saying I had a wonderful experience with the manager before the stay, and that's the only nice thing I can say about our visit. We had asked for a room to be as distant as possible from other guests, because our child can be extremely loud and we wanted to be considerate. We were put on the top floor, which was great, the hall was a construction zone but that was fine we seemed to have the floor to ourselves. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, the room next door felt that slamming doors all night was the thing to do. Ok fine, it is what it is, the parking lot was pretty empty, so it wasn't like they were full. Then at 8 a.m someone tried to get into our room, then about 15 minutes later the construction began. Other things were mentioning... the hard beds, lumpy pillows, dirty swimming pool with no bathroom anywhere near it, tiny/shallow bathtub with poor water pressure, and inconsistent bistro hours.

Car break ins common.

My car was broken into. $900 in repairs and $500 in items stolen and managements response was this happens all the time. I got the glass, shop vac upped and the side window sealed but no offer to comp stay or pay for damages.

The best thing about our stay was the friendy staff. John at the front desk was genuinely nice and friendly. Jill in housekeeping was super nice, friendly and accommodating. I could see that she enjoys her work. I only wanted an answer to a question regarding our room being cleaned and she immediately came to our room and replaced our towels and emptied our trash. She didn't have to do that, she could have let the person assigned to our room help us. I really appreciated that. The beds are very comfortable. Room was clean and sufficient and included a microwave and refrigerator. An incident that could not have been helped by the hotel was a break-in to our car parked in the parking lot. Other than that it was a good stay

Can not recommend Courtyard Marriott

We had no room service. No clean towels, bed was not made and room not cleaned. Part of the hotel was under construction so the elevator and exit door that would have been closest to our room was not available. My husband went to the Bistro to pick up 2 small bags of snacks (the size that might be in a vending machine). There were no prices posted, and he was told they would be charged to the room. The charge was $21.00!! We did enjoy the pool :-)

Property in need of upkeep.

The employees were friendly, but the property is falling apart. The hallway going to the pool had no drywall and nails sticking out everywhere. Room was not clean. Hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheets. It’s fine for the price and location, but the photos are misleading. There are many other properties in this area and we would definitely choose a different one if we stayed again.
