I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite having a fully prepaid reservation, I was charged twice upon arrival. When I raised the issue, the receptionist assured me that the duplicate charge would be refunded once my Expedia reservation was processed. However, the charge was never reversed, and her attitude was neither friendly nor welcoming. I made several follow-up calls, but aside from Ashley, no one appeared interested in resolving the matter promptly. I do appreciate that the manager eventually stepped in to help, yet the overall inconvenience and lack of proactive service were disappointing. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in customer service.
