Property charges for parking per day. Signs saying they will not protect your cars, don't take down plates, no additional protection of vehicle for cost to park. Added over 30 bucks onto bill for that. Lots of added taxes on bill. Look at details before you book. Will book elsewhere in the future. Pass.

Rooms were not ready until late and the pool was extremely cold. Staff didn’t seem concerned about any of this and were not accommodating.

We always stay in this area for the convenience. We hadn't stayed in this Hilton for a while and the only thing we weren't aware of that we want to just share with others in case they missed it on the website is there is a parking fee of $8.00. If you are a rewards member though, it is only $3.00. This isn't a game changer I just want to let others know so they have a heads up.

I was extremely disappointed. I booked this hotel because I was taking my grandkids to COSI in Columbus, Ohio and then we were going a nice Hilton hotel with a heated swimming pool. But when we get there I'm informed that the pool heating works sometimes and this wasn't one of those times. It ruined our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. I never even imagined an issue like this at a Hilton. Not only that but the pool room was quite cool also. I was not the only person with this issue. At least 2 families cancelled and went somewhere else because of the pool issue. I booked through hotels.com and I would have had to stay right there and get them on the phone to cancel because the front desk clerk said we have to go through hotels.com to cancel since it's a 3rd party situation. I've done that before but it was at least 45minutes to an hour to do that on a Saturday night so I didn't. We definitely would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. The room was fine and the breakfast was good.

Great area. Great property. I used my digital key and was not aware that the breakfast was not included. There are no written signs or verbal instructions given at the time of breakfast. Had I checked in at the desk, I was told, the cost was advised.
I checked so many properties online, I did not remember that it is stated on the website. Lesson learned!
