Has Potential, but Wouldn't Recommend Currently
The listing for this place is very disingenuous, unfortunately. To me it seems like a rundown house that was recently purchased and just enough work was done to it to make it "livable" in order to list it on VRBO.First off the place absolutely does not sleep 6, at least not anywhere near comfortably. I stayed here with one male friend, so one of us got the bed and the other had to choose between the couch or a tiny futon chair bed meant for children, presumably. There were supposed to be 3 of us but the other couldn't make it, in that case at least one of us would have been sleeping very uncomfortably. Other small quality if life things, such as there being no television, were off putting, especially given the overall vibe of the place. I will say that the heating in the house worked well, which was good given the weather being cold. Also, the property manager communication was overall satisfactory. This place definitely needs at least a few months more time of renovating before it's actually fit for people, especially families, to be staying at. For the price, a couple mid-30s guys like my friend and I could deal with it. But I wouldn't really recommend this place in its current state. We also were told via the instructions not to flush toilet paper (we were given a mere half roll), and unless that's common around the area, it was a very odd request/requirement that was also indicative of the house being barely habitable.

A Few Inaccuracies in the Listing
Overall, this would be a good place to stay for single, college-aged kids interested in exploring activities in Columbus. There were, however, inaccuracies in the listing:1. Said there were two beds capable of sleeping 6. There was 1 bed that would be rather intimate for 2 people. A third could sleep on the couch downstairs. The other 3 would be on the floor.2. "Pet friendly." Not quite; the house itself is okay, but the yard was a disaster. I kept my dog out of the yard and walked the neighborhood and nearby trails instead. I also left a large crate as a gift to the property to truly make the place "pet friendly."At the end of the day, if you think you'll need something, bring it. A flashlight is recommended, as is your own pillow.
