“This was my first stay at this property, and it quickly became my home away from home. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The lady at the front desk noticed how hot I was and immediately offered me a bottle of cold water. After check-in, we had a lovely chat, and she even walked me to the elevator.
