“This was an ideal location for us to stay for our son’s tournament at Dreams Park. It was convenient to the fields and Cooperstown. It was a very relaxing, peaceful location to retreat back to after a busy day. The house was perfect and had everything we needed!”

“Perfect location when visiting Colgate University for any reason-- but also right on Lake Moraine, allowing for a beautiful and serene setting in and of itself. The cabin could not have been any more accommodating for our needs- and Christian was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend for a family of 4 (there's even a pullout couch for a 5th person).”

“Our host was wonderful!! The property was great and we had. Great time. ”

“The Oasis was the best place we could have stayed. Very close to All Star Village which was a major plus. Only a 10 min drive! The house was clean, comfortable and lots of activities for our children. Pool table/ping pong table was a plus. The kids loved enjoying the pool, playing whiffle ball and catching frog in the pond right next to the play structure. We would absolutely rent from Shelly again. She was very helpful and pleasant throughout our whole stay. Our team even had our team party……

“It was nice. We’d been to Cooperstown before and this house was comparable to the last. It’s a nice home, has everything you need, but is a little farther away from Dreams Park than I hoped, but not bad. We ran in a couple of times, because it is close enough that you can. But it takes a few minutes. Had to many bugs and moths inside for me, but that’s part of being out in the country. There was a squirrel inside when we got there, but it ran outside when we opened the door to go in. Overall……

“Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well. I would stay there again if I were to go upstate NY again.”

“This is a great location if you have a child playing at Dreams Park, 10 min from the park and 10 min from Cooperstown. The deck was wonderful for relaxing between games. The house was plenty large enough for our family of 4 and grandparents. The house was stocked with everything you need for a week's stay from extra blankets, towels, and even board games! We played a lot of Clue during our rainy stay.”

“We had a little weekend getaway to Cooperstown and found this gem to stay in plenty of room for everyone. The game room is a huge bonus and so much fun. Be sure to take a walk around the property The views are stunning!!”

“We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). ”

“We were here for the week while my son was playing in Cooperstown. I really enjoyed check-in. There was music playing & a lot of what we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) was provided. Annie was very kind & helpful.”

“My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. ”
