Dirty and uncomfortable
"Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. ..."
