“Amazing time at this clean, well placed apartment. The apartment had everything a family would need for a holiday away from home. A welcome basket which was thoughtful touch and extremely clean. The location is perfect by the beach and a short drive to all Exmoor has to offer. Will definitely recommend this property :)”

“We stayed at Jasmine Cottage for a little over a month and we absolutely fell in LOVE! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. John and Caroline were very responsive if we needed anything, as they were right upstairs and very friendly. We were able to park right in front kd the door, which made it easy to bring in groceries etc. Did we get a little lost finding it in the dark? Yes we did but it was our own fault that our phones were not charged……

“The apartment was well appointed, very clean and welcoming. Other apartments are being refurbished and the whole site will be looking much better when finished. I was there for a family wedding and was very pleased with my stay and the facilities offered. Very near all amenities, including the beach, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment ”

“Its not often that you find a property that exceeds your expectations, but this certainly did. The lodge was beautiful. Extremely spacious and felt like real luxury from the minute you walk in. It was nicely furnished throughout and a super kitchen with everything you could need. Bravo to whoever was in charge of kitting out and furnishings. “We got there for 4:45pm and our room wasn’t ready, apparently, apparently check in is “from” 4 and doesn’t mean it will be ready at 4 ???? This is the second time we have stayed, we previously stayed when it was under a different name, there has been lots of improvements though and you can see they are trying to make it better. We only used it as a 1 night base because we had plans for days either side, was perfect just for a 1 night stay asking as you prepare your self for no thrills. Kids……

“The property was lovely and the view from the balcony was spectacular…however the amount of stairs up to the property almost saw us off…but the location was perfect for us…not too far away from the harbour and shops and the various restaurants but not too close either and the local transport was practically on the doorstep…the only things that let the property down were the table in the kitchen/dinning area needs replacing as it’s quite rickety and the fact there’s nowhere to park close to the……
