There were a few issues with the property, but Katie was so communicative and made sure to let us know ahead of time that she was aware of the problems and that we wouldn't be charged for them. Katie is absolutely the best VRBO host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with - she dealt with our 1000 questions and was so quick to reply. It felt like we were staying at somebody's old fishing cabin from the 1960's where they had done all the remodeling themselves.”
