“The home had everything we needed. The pictures on the VRBO site don't do it justice. It is beautiful inside & out, surrounded by mountains and the river off the deck. A rare find. Fishing was really fun. The small towns near were great. We appreciated they weren't super touristy and were quaint, friendly, and many places available for tasty food. We loved the history of the area too!”

“The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion.”
