“We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. The island was very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located within a reasonable walk of the marina, restaurant and store. “I stayed at the Blue Heron with my 2 kids (2 and 10) and my large dog. The fenced in large yard was absolutely wonderful to have everyone outside when at the house. I loved the lot - so much space on 3 of the sides without being right on top of another house! The bay view off the side of the house really topped it off! The house was incredibly clean inside.
